How can I get a tracking number for my order?
If your order has been shipped, we will add the tracking number to your order and notify you via the email address you entered when ordering.
How do I process a return or exchange?
For returns or exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, along with a receipt or screenshot of the purchase, and a photo of the product with the packaging or tag intact.
Can TrailMate accessories be used with digital cameras?
Yes, they can. Our straps and hand grips use a universal mounting system, making them compatible with most digital cameras, including DSLRs and mirrorless models. However, the design focus remains on the vintage aesthetic of film cameras.
What are the materials used for the leather products, and how should I care for them?
Our leather goods primarily use Full Grain Leather or Vegetable-Tanned Leather. They are crafted to allow for beautiful natural aging (patina). We recommend treating them with a leather conditioner or oil once every 3 to 6 months.
How much camera weight can the Quick Release System support?
Our Quick Release System is designed with safety as the top priority, and most products have been tested to support weights exceeding 5 kg (approx. 11 lbs). This is sufficient for typical camera and lens combinations. Please refer to each product's details page for specific information.
Are the film storage tins and negative sleeves 'Archival Grade'?
Yes, they are. For the long-term preservation of your film, we use Acid-Free materials and archival-grade components like polyethylene to minimize film degradation.
