Full discolosure, I have not had to use this yet because the weather has not turned to rain. But, the product did come packaged and is as described. It fit over my backpack snugly, so the measurements were accurate.

I used this Medium size rain cover for my 26 gallon Osprey Tempest day pack. It was a perfect size and the way it straps closed is very clever and give the rain cover a nice snug fit to keep out the rain. Neither the water tube, or straps were impacted by the rain cover. Great purchase.

Sizing is small for mystery ranch 2 dap.

Got this to fit a mystery ranch 2 day assault which is 27L. The 30-40 L size is too short to clip vertically. The cover fits the pack well but the strap is too short to make it useable as it would be too tight and sit out from this pack. The horizontal strap works fine and this will be OK for the purpose, but I wouldn’t buy it again. I couldn’t fit it on a 36 liter more rounded pack as it wasn’t wide enough. Just get a size bigger than you need. My wife got a different one for her pack that is also too small, so they seem small in general.Material is OK. This isn’t high end sil nylon like more quality covers but it is cheaper. A trash bag would take up less space and be cheaper too but less aesthetically pleasing, but that works great too.
