• High Absorption Capacity: Viktairy desiccant beads have exceptional moisture absorption, which can can absorb up to 35% of its own weight. It is generally estimated that every 40 grams of silica gel can protect up to 30 cubic feet of enclosed storage space.
• Color Indication: The blue indicating silica gel will change to pink when absorbed with moisture. The initial color change does not indicate fully saturated, the desiccant will continue to absorb moisture until reaching 50-60% RH and then turn pink.
• Rechargeable: The reusable desiccant beads have a vibrant blue, when beads turn pink, you can reactivate them by placing in the Oven for 0.5 to 2 hours at 200 to 250F or Microwave for 7-10 Minutes at Defrost Mode. Baking time depending on the condition of the silica gel beads, please check the silica beads' color periodically.
• Package & Warm Hint: The package includes 10 organza bags and 5.5 lbs of rechargeable desiccants, sealed in an airtight barrel for long-term preservation and protection. The bead size is industry standard of 3-5 mm and is not suitable for drying flowers.
