Selfie nice
The best lights for a start. The magnetic is powerful.
Not as bright as I was hoping it to be, but it works for it's size. The 6 settings are 3 different tones with 2 different bright levels each. There isn't a big difference between the bright levels. It clicks and stays in place on a camera well and has a little magnet so you can stick it about anywhere and it will stay in place unless there is some pretty significant force to shake it off where you stuck it to.
Tested on my Nikon D5200. Color options are great with decent brightness variations. It’s a great lightweight pocket sized flash that’s very easy to bring anywhere. It’s a bit hard to slide on to the camera, but then again that doesn’t make me worry about it sliding off. The battery lasts a good while, although I haven’t had it die on me since I charge it alongside with my camera.
I gotthe NEEWER entry-level magnetic camera light for some extra fill when vlogging, and it’s surprisingly useful for its size. The magnetic mount makes attaching it to my phone cage or action cam really quick. It has three modes, and while it’s not super powerful, it gives just enough light for close shots or indoor recording. The build is lightweight plastic, but it feels solid enough for casual use. The battery is small, so it’s best for short sessions rather than long shoots. For beginners or quick content creation, this little light is a handy and affordable tool.
