My laptop bag strap cushion pad has started to fall apart. Luckily this replacement pad was available. I didn’t need to purchase an entire bag strap. As you can see in the pictures, the replacement pad is much larger and thicker than my original one.The new pad is made of breathable mesh. It functions well and is very comfortable on my shoulder. The extra surface area of the pad makes a huge difference.The design of the replacement pad is so smart. With the old version, you have to feed the bag strap through the two openings of the pad. With the new version, you simply open the Velcro straps and place the bag strap into the Velcro opening and seal closed.

I ordered the Mabor soft shoulder pad to add comfort to a backpack, mainly for use with a heavy laptop bag. The pad is easy to attach but not really 'adjustable'. The material feels 'breathable' and slightly cheap, and the padding itself is very minimal. It can slide or be moved very easily. For around $4, I was expecting a bit more cushioning and a more substantial pad.I might still use it, but I don’t think it’ll make much of a difference with a heavier bag, which is what I intended it for. It functions as intented but seems better suited for light loads rather than anything that really digs into your shoulders.
